The project is well underway and we’re making some huge strides!

Building the mobile app for Ephemeral using Flutter has been an fun journey, and I'm thrilled to share that we're making significant progress towards our early 2026 release goal. Leveraging Flutter's cross-platform capabilities, we've been able to streamline the development process for both iOS and Android, ensuring that we can launch the first version of the app to waitlist members for any kind of device.

Ephemeral PBC is officially incorporated in the state of Delaware!

This means we can operate as a business, open a bank account, and even pay taxes. Huzzah!

The next step will be to form a non profit, and eventually file for 501c3 status, that will own 100% of the PBC. This legal structure ensures that we never deviate from our mission, and can’t be sold or bought.

This week we’re meeting with a few graphic designers and design firms in New York to find the right partner to shape Ephemeral’s brand identity. This means we’ll be cooking up a fresh logo, color palette, set of fonts, etc. that will be unique to Ephemeral’s mission and ethos.
